As the trainer walked in the town a young man appeared in front of him. The young man seemed to be around twenty. He was not very tall but not too short either. He had black hair and light blue eyes. He had a sad look on his face, like something wrong was going on. What could be possibly going on? Dennis would have to ask if he wanted to learn... And if he helped the man, who knew what he would learn. What would the trainer do? Would he ask or not? It was up to him to decide what to do... Completely up to him.

"Well excuse me princess." She said in reply when Dennis said that it took her long enough.

"We might aswell do it here. I mean, win or loose is always the same, doesn't matter where, Duh." She said snobby while taking another bite of her Ice Cream.

She picked up her PokeBall and throwed it in the air and her trusty Venipede came out.

Dennis put his head down and chuckled, leaving the grin on his face. "Let's get over with it than" he proclaimed, now looking at the girl "Ivan, since you're already out, why don't you go first?" The dragon pokemon advanced to the foot of what is now the fray. Dramatically, Dennis flexed his left arm outward, opening his palm. "Thunderwave!" He exclaimed. As his first gym battle commences, Dennis can't help but feel some form of excitement. Finally, he is a trainer.

"A Thunder Wave, how predictable for a beginning Dratini." She said with a smirk. "Use your Poison Sting attack, sweety!" She commanded. The pokemon did as commanded.

His opend his small mouth and glowing stings of poison were shot out of his mouth towards the thunder wave. The stings hit the wave making holes into the attack making it slowly fade away. Sadly enough the stingers faded aswell. A small shock, about the size of a finger went past the stingers ans hit the Venipede. But it didnt do more then just making him twitch. "Did you really think it would be that easy to land a hit?" she said while taking a bite of her ice cream again.

The tiny insect pokemon was able to retaliate using its poison sting attack. It worked rather well- exactly what you'd expect from a gym leader. In the end, they managed to land a single spark. Dennis grunted, raising an eyebrow to the attack. "I guess I'll be leading then." Specks of dust and leaves orbit around a circumference right in front of the dragon pokemon. "Twister" the trainer commanded. It appeared a miniature storm, blowing towards venipede.

She had another smirk on her face again. "Veni, Rollout." The Venipede curled up into a ball and rolled straight towards the twister attack. Venipide got sucked up anx you could see him spinning around in the twister getting higher to the end of the Twister. The Venipide was then shot out as it reached the top, straight towards Ivan at great speed.

"Thunderwave and dodge". Quickly, the tiny dragon sent out a small shock wave, then moving out of the way so as not to get hit. Its trainer stood still with his hands at the side. He yawned briefly only to sit down. "I'm getting tired" he proclaimed.
